The absolute major and most significant thing that happened during my visit was when the hygienist looked at my file and read that I had dental anxiety and said it looks like I've overcome that. I didn't know that was in my file, but I told him it was major to the point I used to be so tense and sensitive to just a touch. It was severe due to childhood dental experiences!! I told him it was Mint Dentistry that calmed me and took away that severe dental anxiety! It was at that point that I realized I was cured and hadn't felt that anxiety in years...since I've been with Mint Dentistry!! THANK YOU MINT DENTISTRY!!!!! More

I got sent to this location after Grand Prairie could not complete my teeth cleaning. I was upset with Mint for giving me the run around and walked into the Cedar Hill location with no the best vibes nor energy. Dr. Dax Sinn at MINT Dentistry located in Cedar Hill is AMAZING. I arrived to the office in severe pain after obtaining a crown at this location in January 2024 with a different practitioner. Somehow an abscess grew and my gums were extremely swollen and sensitive, I could not even sit still and had a severe headache as well. My appointment time was 9 am I arrived at 8:30 am. I was escorted in the back on time but had to wait awhile for assistance. After what seemed like an eternity someone arrived that actually wanted to help. Once Dr. Sinn arrived he immediately did his best to make me comfortable and let me know what was going on. He took my SEVERE PAIN seriously and was actually tuned in to me as a patient, which was so impressive in a world that constantly dismisses people. I'm I felt confident in his advice and was able to move forward with treatment. Even though getting the abscess drained was painful Dr. Sinn helped me tremendously. Thank you Dr. Sinn!!! You really made a difference in my life. ****Please note this review is only on Dr. Sinn. I have been going to this location for years and based on my last few visits there seems to be high turnover of employees, they staff seems highly overworked, there is a faux warmth and they no longer offer all of the little perks MINT is known for. They no longer offer sunglasses and the lip balm is consistently on back order and they often forget to play music. Plus, some of the staff can seem cold and desensitized to the humanity of their clientele. I find it very off putting when people are in the very vulnerable place of getting dental work and have varied pain thresholds. More

Arrived for my 8am appt that I made online. I was told I do not have an appointment but could be seen because they had some cancellations. Ok that’s fine, I agreed and was then asked do I have updated insurance, which I entered online as well. I don’t have my insurance card with me, but I can definitely call back with it following my appointment. Kaitlin told me that was not allowed and I would have to have my insurance first. In considering, I’ve been coming here for years, I’m here at 8am, no appointment on the books for me, I’m telling her I made all updates online when I made my appointment online & from one dental professional to another I’d call back with the info. Needless to say, I left w/o a cleaning and no time to get one as Year end is here. After several calls & emails from them I decided to give them another shot, plus my filling came out & needed to get in quick. They redeemed themselves at this visit. Kaitlin apologized for the last visit & Ashley, the DA and doctor were great. Also, my new insurance was in the system but they were calling and giving my old ID # to verify it. More

I honestly paid for a deep cleaning the prior visit before and was disappointed. Still left with issues a normal cleaning should have corrected. But this visit definitely made up for it. From walking into the office and being greeted by Jackie at the front desk who helped me with my onboarding paperwork, to SanJuana the RDA who genuinely cared for me and answered any questions I had. She was great! Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. G Li, then dentist who saw me was extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient with me as well. She even told me that some of my smaller cavities could be saved if I used a stronger toothpaste and gave me a prescription for it. Lastly, the hygienist, Leslie. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I love her. Never had a cleaning so gently done yet thorough. So glad I came to MINT Dentistry. I had an amazing experience at the Cedar Hill TX location on 3/27/23. From the Front Desk staff (triple 5-star) to the Dental Assistant /Hygienist and Dentist (triple 5-star). The Front Desk staff were SUPER pleasant, patient and accommodating. Then extraordinary Victoria, the Dental Assistant, called for me to Xray, examine and clean my teeth followed by Dr Ji’s review. Victoria was was absolutely EXCELLENT! I can’t say how many times I thanked her and she sd “this is what we all do”. And she is right. At my last visit (9/2022), the service was great…even with short staff. At any rate, I am VERY happy about this recent visit and I will be sharing my experience with family, friends and others. Currently I am going thru the process with having denture implants done and so far I am pleased with the procedure. Denture implants are expensive but each time I've been to Mint I get the feeling that its money well spent. I would like the thank the magnificent,professional, and friendly staff at Mint Dentistry-Cedar Hill for working with me through this journey. Dr. Sinn and his dental assistant has been excellent and thorough during the operation and follow-up. I also would like to thank Rian for her customer service and infectious smile . When I went to Mint Dentistry to have an exam (2021) Rian was the 1st person to encourage me to get the procedure done and today she did my impressions and provided me with the teeth whitening solution. With so many dentist offices in the area you can throw a rock blindfolded and you will hit one but I personally choose Mint Dentistry because of the professionalism, .customer friendly staff, and excellent office environment and I can go on and on but MOST importantly I can listen to The Artist while I get my procedure done. I've had the pleasure of visiting 3 Mint Dentistry locations and each one is amazing. The offices are very modern,sophisticated,clean and sanitary. The office managers and receptionist raise the bar when it comes to customer service. I've visited this location more times than the others the courtesy and professionalism is always consistent. I would like to thank Caitlin the office manager at the Cedar Hill location who I met at the Mint Dentistry White Rock location. Caitlin took the time to explain the procedure and address my concerns and keep me updated with additional information when needed. I absolutely Love Charles for this office after being assisted by 2 different people (although they were all nice) I've called a few times in the past 2 weeks to have paperwork completed and i never received it back (its due by August 1st). I went into this location for my 6 month cleaning & check up and had told Ryan & Dr. Ellis, I was having some tenderness on my left side after eating way too much candy. After, taking some X-rays it was determined that I needed 4 fillings. However, decay had got to the root on one of the teeth and I need a root canal. I’ve had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with prior dentist and root canals, so I was actually terrified when getting the news that I needed another one. Dr. M and Lesley were my dream team. They took extremely good care of me, checking on me every step of the way. Always an amazing experience at Mint, even when not the most comfortable! I’ve had severe dental anxiety, due to childhood trauma, but Mint has helped heal that! The vibes are undeniable. I literally no longer feel like I’ll die in the chair. Now, it feels like a visit to a friend: some good music, maybe a movie, some laughs (because I’m dramatic & afraid of needles lol), a few minutes of nap time, and I’m Home back in bed with a crooked smile (from the numbing lol).
