I got sent to this location after Grand Prairie could not complete my teeth cleaning. I was upset with Mint for giving me the run around and walked into the Cedar Hill location with no the best vibes nor energy. Jasmine greeted me with a smile and such a great vibe she IMMEDIATLETY changed my energy and assured me they would be getting me taken care of. She did not disappoint they did just that. Taylor the Hygienist was amazing and did an excellent job. I will now be a Cedar Hill patient for life. Thanks so much for all your hard word and caring about your patients and going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of!!! It really means a lot!!! More

In considering, I’ve been coming here for years, I’m here at 8am, no appointment on the books for me, I’m telling her I made all updates online when I made my appointment online & from one dental professional to another I’d call back with the info. Needless to say, I left w/o a cleaning and no time to get one as Year end is here. After several calls & emails from them I decided to give them another shot, plus my filling came out & needed to get in quick. They redeemed themselves at this visit. Kaitlin apologized for the last visit & Ashley, the DA and doctor were great. Also, my new insurance was in the system but they were calling and giving my old ID # to verify it. More

I've been to location a few times for cleanings, and this was my best visit. Hygienist Ashley quick, efficient, and nice. I honestly paid for a deep cleaning the prior visit before and was disappointed. Still left with issues a normal cleaning should have corrected. But this visit definitely made up for it. Everything about the experience was nice, smooth and kind. From walking into the office and being greeted by Jackie at the front desk who helped me with my onboarding paperwork, to SanJuana the RDA who genuinely cared for me and answered any questions I had. She was great! Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. G Li, then dentist who saw me was extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient with me as well. She even told me that some of my smaller cavities could be saved if I used a stronger toothpaste and gave me a prescription for it. Lastly, the hygienist, Leslie. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I love her. Never had a cleaning so gently done yet thorough. So glad I came to MINT Dentistry. Currently I am going thru the process with having denture implants done and so far I am pleased with the procedure. Denture implants are expensive but each time I've been to Mint I get the feeling that its money well spent. I would like the thank the magnificent,professional, and friendly staff at Mint Dentistry-Cedar Hill for working with me through this journey. Dr. Sinn and his dental assistant has been excellent and thorough during the operation and follow-up. I also would like to thank Rian for her customer service and infectious smile . When I went to Mint Dentistry to have an exam (2021) Rian was the 1st person to encourage me to get the procedure done and today she did my impressions and provided me with the teeth whitening solution. With so many dentist offices in the area you can throw a rock blindfolded and you will hit one but I personally choose Mint Dentistry because of the professionalism, .customer friendly staff, and excellent office environment and I can go on and on but MOST importantly I can listen to The Artist while I get my procedure done. I went into this location for my 6 month cleaning & check up and had told Ryan & Dr. Ellis, I was having some tenderness on my left side after eating way too much candy. After, taking some X-rays it was determined that I needed 4 fillings. However, decay had got to the root on one of the teeth and I need a root canal. I’ve had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with prior dentist and root canals, so I was actually terrified when getting the news that I needed another one. Dr. M and Lesley were my dream team. They took extremely good care of me, checking on me every step of the way. Today was my first time visiting Mint for dentistry (I’ve only been for orthodontics). Everyone was SO NICE from the moment I walked in until I left. Katelin and Ayerim greeted me at the front desk and checked me in for my appointment. I was called back within minutes where Jada (AMAZING!!) put 90s R&B on YouTube at my request, made molds for my free whitening trays, and prepped me for my cleaning. Liz completed my cleaning and then literally put on calming music and gave me a face massage. Doesn’t that sound fake? It isn’t. Dr. Smith checked me for cavities, which I had a couple of, and then completed my fillings within 30 minutes after that, with the help of Ms. Jada again. I was out the door in less than 2 hours after receiving whitening trays, a cleaning, x-rays, and fillings. I’ll never be going back to my old dentist. More

Today was my very first time at any Mint Dentistry location. I visited the Cedar Hill location. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and checked in. I did not complete the new patient forms online prior to my arrival so I was given a tablet to complete all forms. The lobby was very calming with dim lighting and furniture/decoration that resembled a lounge instead of the traditional dental office furniture. Everything was really comfortable. When I went to the back, the patient chair also gave a light massage! I had the option to choose Netflix or Pandora while my teeth were cleaned. I took advantage of the free teeth whitening tray promotion. Shandra was my dental hygienist and she was so personable. Everyone was really nice and I will definitely be back. Chandra my dental hygienist was really good at cleaning my teeth by not being aggressive with the cleaning tools like my previous dentist did and was funny. Update: Brandy and Dr. Smith were awesome! They were patient and very gentle. I made an appointment with Mint Dentistry and the entire staff was awesome starting at the front desk. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and the dental hygenist named Lauren called be back and took xrays. She was the best. Very gentle and explained everything before she did it. Then Chandra dental hygenist conducted my cleaning. She was so good I did not feel a thing. That was the best cleaning I have ever had. Great experience all around. I will be back!! More

I've been to a few Mint Dentistry offices and from the 1 in Arlington I had lost all faith in them. I enjoyed their cleaning but refused to allow them to do anything major (which I would get done elsewhere, if needed). However, I've had a change of heart since meeting Dr. Stivason who was such a joy to work with. She was very personable and even gave me great advice on my daughter's future career in dentistry. She told me things about my oral health that made me aware immediately that she was smart and very knowledgeable. She showd great excitement about her job and that made me comfortable. Her staff is friendly and equally amazing, they made sure that I was at ease the entire time. Dr. Stivason is very attentive, she realized in conversation w/o me saying that I had a bad dental experience and made sure it wouldn't happen with us. Floss, tongue scraper, toothbrush..and for 18 and older a free teeth whitening kit! She also offered me numbing cream for my gums, which I didn't take. It was painful at times, but definitely worth the end product. My teeth look and feel so much better!! Mint Dentistry is an awesome idea in theory, but for me the execution with so many doctors takes away the interpersonal relationship you have with your dentist. When scheduling I requested the same doctor and if she wasn't available then that should have been made known when I scheduled my appointment. I went to the same dentist for over 20 years, but now I live in another state. So when looking for dental care i have certain expectations. I want to be recognized when I come in and also have someone who is knowledgeable of my history. I did schedule an appointment for 6 months with Mint; however, I do think I will be looking for a private dentist office because patient-doctor relationship is something I value and mint dentistry failed in that department. Overall, the place is clean, the people are friendly, technology is up to date and they do a good job. I definitely would recommend it for those only looking for a place to get their teeth clean, but if you expect more from your doctor then just reading your charts then this is not the place for you. Lindsay just did my cleaning today on hygiene day. I had a great experience. She sat me down on time and I was allowed to listen to Akon on Pandora. During her cleaning, she was very informative and gentle. I didn't feel a thing when she cleaned and afterwards they felt great. I really recommend thus place to new patients.
